What is Start point
Start Point is now in the sixth edition of its annual activities, and already 28 schools from 14 countries took part in this year‘s program.
Each year, two representatives of the jury and one local tutor select a single "best" work from among the entered graduation projects of each school. On the day of the opening, the final jury selects the overall winner. This year for the first time there were also awarded several additional prizes. The prize of the Galerie Klatovy/Klenová is awarded by the gallery's curators, and includes a one month residency during the next year in Klenová, as well as the several awarded Honorary Mentions.
The final exhibition takes place in Klatovy (Gallery At the White Unicorn and St. Lawrence Church) and Klenová (Granary), from August 3 till September 21, 2008.
