Two screens of Ondřej Houšťava’s video installation paralelly capture the performance, where the main actor’s action uses several subversive strategies: appropriation of the voice of the opposite sex, but also the use of “strategic silence”, stage movement or work with a microphone and smoke machine. All this together creates the possibility of “rejecting the coherence of the individual”, a double uncertainty based on current queer theory. -pv-
