The installation Bördan C represents a scale model of a suburban commercial zone, such as surround highways all over Europe. Except in Swedish the name of this fictitious facility means Commercial Center Burden, where shops bear names such as Remorse or Sorrow. The life-like two-meter tall scale model seems to be torn out of time and place, as it slowly revolves, complete with its mycelium, in the gloom of the installation which also features a bizarre video from Longstay Hotel, accommodation for long-term denizens, lamenting their isolation and incompatibility. A definition of the current human condition, floating through the infinity of space like an eerie microcosm of melancholy fish.
